At Majesitx Salon, we work hard to ensure our valued clients have the best experience possible; from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our Salon. CANCELLATIONS

This cancellation policy applies to Majestix Salon and governs the cancellation of services we provide.

Cancellation Period: Clients are eligible for cancellation with no charges or implications if the cancellation is made within 24 hours before the scheduled service.

Cancellation Charges:

  • 24 hours or more in advance—no fee, and free to reschedule for the next convenient time slot

  • Less than 24 hours in advance—50% of the cost of services booked 

  • No-shows—50% of the cost of services booked; additionally, if a client has incurred three or more no-shows, they can no longer be booked with Majestix Salon

Exceptions: In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, illness, or other exceptional situations, Majestix Salon reserves the right to modify or waive the cancellation charges.

How to Cancel: Clients can request a cancellation by calling the salon and leaving a voicemail at 402-932-6423, emailing us at majestixsalon@gmail.com, by texting the number from where your appointment notifications come from, or by logging back into the scheduling site to request a new time or cancel your existing appointment.

RUNNING LATE?

Majesitx Salon is very popular. This means we’re usually booked to capacity. If you show up late to your appointment (without letting us know), we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time since we don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unnecessarily. 

Hairstylist

ONLINE BOOKING

All online booking requests are subject to final approval based on the schedule of the stylist requested.  We need to ensure enough time is scheduled for each client's services, so if there is a conflict with an appointment request and the booking schedule, a representative from Majestix Salon will reach out to you to find a time and/or day that will work for you.

Additional Policies

Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule the service based on appointment availability.

We understand that life happens, and appointments sometimes must be canceled. We just ask that if you need to cancel your appointment, please be courteous let us know 24 hours or more in advance.

Refund Policy Process: Refunds will be processed within 48 Hours and may take 5-7 business days to reverse charges from the date of cancellation or refund approval.

No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for the scheduled service without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

Policy Updates: Majestix Salon reserves the right to update or modify this cancellation policy at any time. Clients will be notified of changes via the main website and booking site.
